David Bartlam ![]() 28th May 2014 15:13:57 | If you are new to flying or even a seasoned Flight simmer who's looking to expand your aviation knowledge, FSXWorldwide could have an event just for you. Tonight we will be lucky enough to have a real world FlyBe pilot and an Aircraft Engineer in our session, teaching you how to fly an ILS approach and giving you an overview of the technology which allows pilots to execute accurate approaches and landings in extremely poor weather where visibility can be hampered. For more information, visit http://fsxworldwide.co.uk/ils-approach-training-28514/
This event isn't designed around getting traffic onto our server, it is here to give back to the flight simulator community. You don't even need to join our session, just the Teamspeak to listen to the discussion. Once you have learnt what you would like to, you can then return back to your own community to practice the procedure if you like. If you run a community and would like to give your pilots an opportunity to expand their knowledge, please feel free to send them to our Teamspeak. I have briefed my staff and members that they are not to ask anyone to register nor sign up to anything related to our community. This is simply a lesson/tutorial for those looking to expand their knowledge, not a member enhancing nor recruitment activity. |
