| SC Status? | |
David Bartlam   23rd Nov 2013 19:32:59 | Could someone tell me what SC status means please in terms of Open Server. I've just started using a dedicated company for server hosting and I'm getting that SCStatus is offline. Not had this error before so not entirely sure what it means.

| David Bartlam 23rd Nov 2013 19:51:47 | Thanks Geoff. My issue is that the server is up and running and people are connected and flying on it... I think it may be because I forgot to reset after installing wincap. Once the server has quietened down later, I'll try a reset and see if that solves it

Dave Wave  23rd Nov 2013 20:11:46 | sc stands for simconnect, so it's if fsopen has managed to open a connection to fsx. Have you installed sp1 & 2 on the server? |

| Dave Wave 23rd Nov 2013 20:34:01 | I think I only use simconnect to get the time out of the server so I can show the night/day effect on the google map. Don't think it will affect anything else.
Possible simconnect isn't installed, I'll email you a link to a patch. |

Reading your post to David I did notice hat our Map was stuck nigh/day in the same place for around 2 days this week. Seems to be OK now. We could not figure it out at the time. Cheers Geoff FSXMultiplay |
Sandi Wagner 10th Dec 2013 15:54:42 | My map is about an hour slow. I've tried adjusting the server time and FSX time independently but the sunrise seems to follow an hour behind. Is the map some how trying to adjust for daylight savings time? |
