Curley Campbell 1st Mar 2013 12:42:14 | When you use LAN/"Host Session"... you do not need to enter an IP address.... it will automatically be "YOUR" IP address. You will need to tell players your IP address
Players will then use LAN/"Direct Connection" to connect to your machine. There will be a box that pops up.. to enter your IP address to connect directly to you. IF you are hosting with a machine on a router.. you may need to "Port Forward" your MACHINE port address.. in the router. Otherwise.. they may be trying to connect to your printer.. depending on how the router is set up. You will need to talk to your Internet Provider... if you do not know how to do this.. as it varies from router to router. |
